Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, must not be used, must have labels attached and be in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods sent to us without requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
You should check the order after receiving it and contact us immediately if the goods are defective, damaged or received the wrong goods so that we can assess the problem and fix it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable goods
Specific item types cannot be returned. These include, for example, perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), non-standard products (such as products delivered as part of special orders or personalised) and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure what you want to get is to return the item and make a separate purchase of a new item after the refund is accepted.
14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, must not be used, must have labels attached and be in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you when we receive and review your return and inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund. If the refund is accepted, it will automatically be made via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and make a refund.
